When we saw The Channel Champions had a ‘Reseller Technical Support & Engineering Team’ category, we couldn’t pass up on the opportunity to shout about our Team, so we’re thrilled to announce they have been shortlisted!
The Channel Champions Awards recognises and celebrates the range of teams who contribute to building winning channel organisations.
We submitted our most recently completed project to the judges, which showcased the team’s usual diligence, expertise, and customer-centric mindset perfectly.

The project was for Podium Space, who have 20 offices across London, Oxford, and Bournemouth. They engaged Holler to deploy a new cloud voice solution across their estate. The rollout supported approximately 500 physical users and an equal number of virtual clients who require call answering services under their own business names. A critical milestone included porting 8,313 existing DDI legacy numbers, from a mixture of carriers, on a single port date arranged for 28th April.
Upon completion our team had successfully deployed a robust new cloud voice solution and managed a complex single-port migration – all without loss of service. The project stands as a testament to their exceptional technical skillset, meticulous planning, and a deep commitment to service continuity.
The Channel Champions Winners will be announced at a fabulous garden party, complete with drinks reception and lunch, in Regents Park on 3rd July. We’ll be there, keeping our fingers crossed that our Support and Engineering Team take home this well-deserved recognition!
