Capital Space operate a number of business centres in the south east of England and offer an on-premises voice system (Avaya) and distributed internet to their clients but their voice solution was lacking the functionality and flexibility that a post-pandemic business world is demanding. And so they turned to Holler Technology to deliver a 1,000 seat cloud voice solution over their 9 buildings.
The solution, Holler Voice powered by CallSwitch, was selected after due diligence in ensuring the platform offered resilience and scalability and all of the functionality that their tenants demanded. Features such as bundled calls, voice recording, transcribed voicemails, smartphone and desktop apps, CRM integration were essential as was the ability to work flexibly from anywhere on any device.
In order to ensure maximum uptake on the new solution Holler conducted a series of Roadshows across the locations to demonstrate the functionality and to answer any questions existing tenants had. These events proved to be a huge success as the number of users taking up the solution exceeded all expectations.
