Microsoft Teams
Has become ubiquitous especially in this post-pandemic world of flexible working and conferencing and communication
however, it took Microsoft some time to get this far. Who remembers Microsoft Office Communicator (OCS) in 2007, Lync (2011), Skype for Business (2013)? They were all precursors to what we now know as Teams. Did the technology catch-up or did the users catch up.
Pros and cons
If you’re considering using Teams as your main communication tool then you need to be fully aware of the pros and cons. Whilst Teams is great for scheduled conference calls it’s not always the best if you’re looking for a flexible voice platform with flexible features. Either way Holler can advise your business and then help you set up and deploy a Teams environment including the minefield of licensing.
